Your initial consult with take approximately 1 hour & 20 minutes. Please be prepared to fill out detailed information prior to your consult with Suzie. Within the 24 hours before your consultation appointment, you will be sent a video conferencing link. By booking this appointment, you acknowledge that this is for consulting services only, and is intended for you to assume your own treatment plan as advised / suggested during the consultation. Susan is not a physician and the relationship between Susan and her clients is not of prescriber and patient, but rather of educator and client.
